Short-Term Project Space Application

Background

Certain floor spaces and carts on Floor 5 are reserved for short-term projects. See the Project Space web page for more information.

Eligibility

  • Groups and individuals seeking project space for a term of no longer than one school year. All spaces must be emptied before June 1 or contents will be discarded, without exception. 

Review Process

A review committee will carry out the review of proposals and applicants will be notified by email. Proposals will be considered under the following criteria:

  • Project Basis - Only active design, build, and research projects are eligible for space. Space will not be allocated for storage alone.
