Intellectual Property Policies for CWRU Faculty and Graduate Students

Faculty, graduate student, and staff use of think[box] as part of their sponsored research and academic activities, as well as their non-commercial, personal use, is encouraged.  However, faculty, graduate students, and staff utilizing think[box] facilities for commercial or other use that is outside the course of their employment should contact the Vice President, Research & Technology Management, to request a waiver of University ownership if intellectual property is created. The rights and obligations of faculty and staff who utilize think[box] or other University  facilities in the course of their employment are defined in the CWRU Intellectual property Policy.
