This 100Mhz Mixed Signal Oscilloscope can obtain 1 gigasamples per second on 4 analog channels and 16 digital channels. MSO2000 series oscilloscopes can help you verify, debug, and characterize electronic designs. Key features include:

  • Sample rates up to 1 GS/s on all analog channels
  • 1 M points record length on all channels
  • 5,000 waveforms/second waveform capture rate
  • I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, and UART bus triggering and analysis

How to Start

  1. For first time setup, please read our Oscillascope Setup Tutorial and Calibrating Tutorial. The Oscillascope probes can be found on the back wall adjacent to the Electronics section.

  3. For further information, please refer to the Tektronix MSO2014 Manual.

File Format 

As the default setting, the Oscilloscope saves the waveform as a .PNG image to your usb device. You can change the output to a .TIF or a .BMP file.
